Wells Fargo Vice President interview questions

Had three different interviews: 1st with HR, 2nd with Hiring Manager and final one with hiring manager + team members. Process moved slower than I anticipated but came to a positive outcome at the end. A big focus was finding a candidate with the right fit and willingness to learn.
