There will be three to four rounds , first is Personal introduction second is Jam session third is Interview on call and the last one is Online Test , and there will be few more things you must need to remember guys who is your HR you need to know first and you must need to ask them about your transportation and about food which is very much important for your job

HP customer support or HP NA: I was told by the recruitment agency that there would be no graveyard night but night shifts. Interview goes on for the entire year, every day! Trainees leave even in a day after commencement of the training. Recruitment agency said Training would have fixed timing from 9 pm to 5.30a.m. there would be no sales target. however, there were two or three rotational timings for training. training continued for two and a half months. after reaching the floor, pressure for sales was immense with at least 5 different shift timings (rotational). the window was 6:30 pm to 1 am within which shift timings keep changing often. so often, that you might suffer from low blood pressure.
