I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Wipro (Bengaluru)
Interview
I attended an off-campus interview in Bangalore. The process was very quick, I got the offer in 4 days and joining in the following 2 days after job offer. The first round consisted of 3 sections, Quant, Verbal and Computers. The people who cleared this round were selected for an essay writing round (I did not see what was the point of the essay round). But all the questions asked in 1st round were very basic questions. Then the following day there was technical interview round followed by an HR round for people who got through in technical interview. And then on the last day there was another HR round, just a formality as in this only 1 out 20 people did not get the job offer.
But the company has strictness in the documents check and they revoke the offer if they find any discrepancies. Even during our training, the rules were very strict for dress code, attendence, etc.
