I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wipro (Bengaluru) in Jul 2010
Interview
Initially was contacted by a consultant who arranged for the interview.
The interview was held at a Wipro Location. There were a lot of candidates who were interviewed on basis of their experience.
The technical interview was pretty straightforward and based on C programming. They asked some questions about pointers and strings.
The HR interview was a mere formality. And I received an offer in 3 days.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wipro (London, England) in Nov 2013
Interview
It began with a bunch of communications between the HR and I to set up times for technical interviews. They were helpful and were willing to answer all of my queries. There were a total of 2 Technical Interviews followed by an interview from the Project Team. Once all of this was done, had a chat with the HR for negotiations on the package and I was not disappointed with what I got.
