Xerox Customer Care Representative interview questions

It was one interview and then I got called back to get offered a job. It was pretty easy because the company hires many people at a time. After that they did a background check and a drug test, and then I was in.

It was a quick 30 min in person interview. The recruiter took my resume, read over it and then had me meet with one of the supervisors. During the interview they asked questions from a paper and the wrote down what i answered.
