I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Xerox (Juárez, Chiapas) in Jun 2011
Interview
First time applying I got 3 rounds of interviews, first with HR, just so they can get a general background of me as an employee, typical job/career experience and expectations. Second, the technical round interview, made a practical exercise. The 3rd and last interview was going to be with a remote Manager, to see how I communicate with management in English; they said I was going to be scheduled for this one but they notified me that they choose another person.
Last time applying I got 2 interviews, first with the VP of the team, job/career experience and expectations, she got a general background of me as an employee and at the same time evaluated how I communicate with remote management in English (only this interview was by telephone). Last interview was the technical round, I was interviewed by two developer's, one LV 2 and the other LV 4; they made technical questions to see how much I knew about IT, software development, programming.
