Interview questions were primarily focused on ensuring a cultural fit and a role fit. Since my role technically falls under Project Management, many of the questions fell within that same topic as well. One question I loved was the one that asked what MY 90 days goals were; whereas I'm used to being the person asking that question.
What are 3 challenges you foresee with this opportunity and how will you plan to overcome them.
As others have stated, most questions were "Describe a time when..." It would have been helpful for Greenhouse to ask about the candidate's approach to implementation methodology, overall client management (instead of specific instances), and personal preferences for presenting and consulting (prep, delivery, etc.).
