I was asked to describe my previous roles. How I stepped up as a leader. A time I failed. What I accomplished and how accomplished tasks at my previous experience. I was asked general behavior questions. Know your resume really well.
Former employer background, behavioral questions were asked
most challenging aspect is to be well versed on the business and the business unit even though you are not familiar with discover or that particular business unit.
Majority of the questions were experience based. No competency based ones. The most unusual was, if there was to be a movie about me, what would the trailer look like.
