Covered my entire career several times, over the phone and in person. Had lunch with recruiting team which was fine except for one member who made you feel the only reason he was there was to get the free lunch. After multiple interviews and a flight to the Atlanta office, they drop the question about becoming a consultant vs.a perm hire, which had not come up in any form prior.I informed them I was not interested in a contract role, I was not offered a perm position at that point.

One thing they asked is why is recruiting something that I love to do.
Why have your positions only been 2-3 years in duration? My answer was that I had left previous positions for what I hoped would be better opportunities and in some cases I was recruited into new positions. Mihir stated that I had only been in my present position for just under 3 years, and wanted to know how my career decisions again left me looking for better opportunities.
