Pros

Great health benefits and equipment provided

Cons

There are several reviews of ADF that speak to management, pay, etc. - all good information for job seekers. Another perspective is the overall financial health of the company. This company has not turned a profit since 2017. They have 280 million in debt and their stock price is trading at an all time low (0.50/share). That's a penny stock.

Pros

Benefits are ok, insurance is paid for but the deductible and out of pocket is high. It's in Montana!

Cons

Management. Too cheap to bring in true professionals with solid heavy manufacturing experience. Very high turnover. One main operations manager causes 80% of the problems. Risk not worth the pay.
