They do have work all year long.

At the end of the day your nothing but a production number it doesn't matter how many years your there they don't give a darn about you as a person.

It seems very relaxed and you work early. Fridays are half days

Cons

Although you're a junior estimator, they expect you to know everything and work at a seasoned Estimator's pace or they will fire you
