ZERO work life balance. They expect you to be on call 24/7. If they didn't schedule properly and get busy you are EXPECTED to be available to come in.
Twice I was unavailable to drop everything to come in earlier than scheduled and was in trouble. Never mind the 10 times I had come in early prior to that.
