      Excellent pay with good benefits.

      Cons

      Slim staffing. Its a catch 22 with the pay. We are paid well because the company runs slim. Too inconsistent with changes. Even with those 2 things I named, I still believe its a fantastic company.

      Very fast and day goes by fast some customers make it worth it closed on the holidays so that's a plus

      Cons

      Hard to become store manager depends on the words of trainer been in mit program forever an still haven't been promoted to store manager
