Good pay, benfits. thats it. Well let me think, yep thats it.
Cons
Advancement is little to none. Productivity is a joke. And they hire kids just out of college to be your dm, with little to no training. If your a store mgr(over paid cashier) your done no more advancement, even if you have a degree. You will be in a wheel chair before you can retire. Money is not everything!!
