Pros

The benefits are great, & keep me there longer than I felt welcome.

Cons

No diversity on store management level ( depending on demographics) Upstate S.C. Poor communication from upper management to MT's & below. If you're an African American in this area in management don't expect to EVER have your own store. It's never happened, although I pray it does.

Pros

Money and the level of responsibility are the real benefits. Whether or not your work environment is largely dependent on the people around you.

Cons

Militaristic management approach imparted by many. Long work hours 60+ week. Some unbearable sociopaths in Director positions.

Pros

Starting pay was well above minimum wage. Few store workers which cuts down on work drama. The store is closed early at night, opens later on Sunday's and closed most holidays.

Cons

Manual labor is intense with unloading pallets. Stocking the fridge and freezer can be challenging to those sensitive to cold temperatures. You are timed for how many items you can scan per minute, and they have extremely fast standards which causes a delima with good customer service.
