There are no pros for this job and the hiring events are very useless I wouldn't recommend trying to get a job here

The workers just sit around They only hire people they know They discriminate They are neglectful You will not get hired unless you know someone

Plenty of extra hours to pick up, challenging & great benefits

Cons

The growth without a college degree stops at store manager & corporate staff are hired mostly straight out of college. Schooling is the best bet.

Good pay (but you'll work very hard for every penny,) PTO, benefits, comfortable uniforms; work day goes by in a flash.

Cons

Scheduled only one week out,; end of shift time is rarely the time you actually get to leave; often asked to come in on days off, sometimes to work a 12 HR shift; no work-life balance; constantly under the threat of being fired if you don't meet manager's expectations; unhealthy expectations of speed to accomplish tasks leading to injury and exhaustion.
