Reasonably good engineering folks across the board and location

Cons

Poor leadership - top down. Bad idea to bring positive change through negative energy (hate Intel only gets you that much and once that's out, there no fire in the belly)

People and work-life balance is really good. Work culture is very flexible. No restrictions on time. Projects are cutting edge. Get to explore different aspects of design in a project

Cons

Management is okay, not great. Company in general is doing okay Other places have better compensation overall. Perks are negligible. Market for PCs is shrinking so company need's different plans longer term. Layoffs and project cancellations are frustrating
