Nice colleagues in general High-paced environment. Dealing with a diverse range of customers.

Cons

Management do not listen to the concerns or opinions of employees. No route for progression, besides team leader role which is the same job but now you have to manage everyones shifts which adds much more stress while only being compensated with a £1 raise.
