Pros

I worked at Asda in the role of PM for just over three years. Pre covid it was a great place to work, very sociable, fast paced and lots of learning opportunities and projects to be a part of.

Cons

After the sale of the company in summer 2021 a lot of really great talent left the business whether that be through changes to the OD or the individuals choice. Morale and job security business wide = low. Work life balance was poor with most days being 12 hours long due to volume of work. However, the projects were interesting and you don’t get those types of opportunities elsewhere. Catch 22.
