Pros

Discount card and special event discount

Cons

Senior management show no respect or empathy to middle management. You are expected to put up, shut up, not challenge and not have a life. I’m experiencing so many unethical things going on in the work place. From being asked to keep hush about positive covid test, denying time off zero open and honest competition, bullying, patronising, selective praise, unethical relationships, unhealthy work place.
