Pros

Colleagues can be fantastic, discount card and events, always overtime available if you want it

Cons

Pushed harder and harder for no reward, they even removed the bonus drivers got every month for driving well in favor of a lottery system. Section leaders are not fit to lead and management will not act on misconduct from them despite repeated reports and performance reviews, vans not looked after but that's to be expected when you're paid just as much as a checkout colleague despite your job requiring a specific qualification and much higher risks when out on the road
