Pros

Most of the staff are nice enough but the upper echelon don’t even acknowledge you.

Cons

I worked on the freezers and my manager wouldn’t supply me with gloves to protect my fingers from the extreme cold, instead he’d tell me to man up. Terrible management teams. They walk around the stores with their ideas on how a reshuffle of stock will make things easier…little men with big ideas holding their clipboards! One con that always annoyed me was they’d reduce the cost of items to make them look cheap and then hike the prices up above the original price and hope that nobody noticed…they still do that now!
