Pros

Flexible, extra hours if required, staff discount. some good people work there.

Cons

no communication, no thanks, dangerous state of vehicles. holiday based on PT contract hours not hours worked which is usually full time equivalent. Expected to do extra hours regardless of circumstances. Not asked just added to the rota.

Pros

You can meet some great people working there who will always try to help where they can.

Cons

It's a super gossip environment. Nothing remains quiet there for long. The pay is terrible, managers aren't there when needed and its run on a skeleton crew basis.
