There's no time to relax from when you start work until the end except breaks

Massively long hours, under paid, progression is for the right faces not the right performers. Expected to drive too far for work. No support when facing into problems. Un realistic wage challenges. Managed on fear not respect, senior management take people leaving too personally. I was told I have 24 hours in a day to get things done. Also told not to bother having a day off. Literally the whole company is scared to sack anyone. I caught someone stealing cash out of a checkout and because one piece of paper wasn’t signed they gave up and turned a blind eye. People managers think they run the place and try to over turn anything just to get the colleagues to roll over. Some store managers are great others are expecting wayyyy to much from their team.
