Pros

You get used to colleagues and management who couldn’t care less. You learn how to balance a satnav on your knees as the vans have no holders. You get used to be embarrassed when you deliver orders in dirty vans and toats as they hardly get cleaned

Cons

Old equipment, large turnover of staff. Never see management in department. No praise or pats on the back. Having to use your own mobile phones and sat navs to call/ find customer as company ones have no battery.
