Pros

Absolutely none at all. Feeling everyone else’s pain working for Asda is the only thing reassuring me that it’s not just me

Cons

I absolutely hate it here. To the point where I have severe depression but management could care less. They don’t care one bit about colleagues’ well being. You get taken for granted. Made to do overtime on your days off, when you refuse, you get this massive lecture about how you should put Asda first and your private life on hold. It’s just not worth it! I feel like I’m constantly being watched by management even though I work so hard and I see other people doing absolutely nothing and not even trying to hide it. Yet, somehow they get left alone.
