Awful.. Behind the times... Do it yourself

Pros

Regular income that's probably the most important thing I can say........... Regular shift patterns........ Good wage per hour.....

Cons

Not getting paid right... No admin personnel so you have to try and sort issues out yourself... Old fashioned equipment definitely not up with the times.

Pros

The people I worked with were nice and the pay was going up to 8.50 as a basic which is great.

Cons

To be fair they had recent changes but the management were horrendous and it was really dirty, had less 15mins of training to be signed off and the managers had no idea what was going on.

Pros

The people you work with are great and are helpful in what you do as long as you build a good relationship with them

Cons

If one manager has something against you, there’s nothing you can do apart from take what they give you. This is terrible when there so much you can do but they prevent you from doing it
