Pros

Cheap breakfast and yummy food. some of the staff I work with are friendly. At least I finish at 12pm :)

Cons

Impossible pick rate of 112, being told off by section leaders for being "too slow" even when the shop is busy as ever. Most orders with the heaviest items want bags which rip and then get shouted out for not putting bags in the tote. Lazy shoppers asking things they can easily figure for themselves, section leaders stand around do nothing, starting at 5am in the morning and being under paid.

Pros

Fellow staff were easy to get along with. Being out on the open road, away from the warehouse.

Cons

They employed too many drivers and I ended up not having my own run a lot of the time and having to stay in the warehouse all day. Very bad training. No form of driving assessment. It took a month just to get mandated, meaning for the first month I did nothing but passenger other drivers. Very bad management, put you under a lot of pressure.
