Awful Experience

Pros

Cannot think of any reason to work at Asda over other companies. I have been in retail for more than 20 years and I can honestly say Asda are by far the worst company I have worked for.

Cons

Colleagues within my department are friendly and always happy to help, through their help I was able to do my work competently. The Section Manager and Team Leaders use bullying to achieve the results that the company wants. There is a real culture of relatives being employed, regardless as to wether they can do the job. At times it can be very difficult to resolve issues with so many employees being related.
