Pros

Flexible working, easily accommodate you, some absolutely brilliant people to work with from all walks of life.

Cons

Understaffed, overworked colleagues, section leaders are given responsibilities of management for colleague wage plus small enhancement. Asda top brass only care about figures, if they seen the coal face on a normal mental day they would have a different view of stores. The saying about how the Queen thinks the world smells of fresh paint fits here, same applies to Asda stores and the regional management.
