Pros

Good pay and usually a choice of work to do around the store. There are still paid breaks. They have a lot of seasonal and part time work which does fit students or people with other commitments, such as I did when I started. There were usually opportunities for overtime if you were willing to be flexible.

Cons

They are constantly cutting jobs which makes the company feel very insecure. In 3 years we had our hours changed 3 times and lost over 300 hours on the department. The cuts really stress people out which means what should have been an easy, part time job became a constant burden.
