Pros

Small store had a nice camaraderie to it. I enjoyed my time there very much when i was a student.

Cons

Larger stores have a very corporate feel to them - you were frequently observed and graded as to whether you made small talk with the customers, whether they wanted it or not.

Pros

Most of the staff were friendly Staff discount 10% Flexible shifts, usually easy to swap shifts Decent breaks Good wage when you're under 25

Cons

Generally the company was fine to work for however I was picked on by a coworker and no one was willing to help. It seemed like management always went for the easy option rather than dealing with problems. We were also accused of not working hard enough when we were actually under staffed.
