Pros

They give you plenty of overtime if you want, but they don't force you to work more than your contracted hours.

Cons

Hourly pay is not as good as if you were working at Tesco, Aldi or Lidl. Holiday also isn't as good, and the employee discount also isn't as good.

Pros

Get to work with friendly people, talk to customers who are mostly nice and friendly, relatively easy work.

Cons

Sometimes it can be long hours. If you're a hard worker then expect to get annoyed when people don't pull their weight.
