Great people and encouraged to seek relationships whilst driving growth. I get the freedom to drive my business within a frame work.

Cons

Strategy isn't working and no one seems to have a plan to get us back on track. There's lots of blockers based on people's opinions that aren't always correct.

Fantastic company to work for; i worked for them for 14 years . i was sorry to leave . its size, reputation and links with Walmart are fantastic - giving wide opportunity to progress in working your way up to management . Very welcoming when I started and helpful if i needed anything i just had to asked . I felt like I was supported through various ways.

Cons

There wasn't any down sides for working with Asdas for me .
