Good place to workout

Pros

The managers are friendly and approachable, their is lots of emthisis on ethics at work and their are lots of fun activities to get involved in like staff parties and charity events

Cons

Progression seems almost impossible as their are so many people in the same boat and it seems like you have to be their for years to progress

Good pay on night shifts (~£9.20/hour) 10% discount on almost everything, upped to 20% occasionally (e.g. Christmas) Overtime always available

Cons

Can be very tiring work Can be difficult working with Personal (HR department) Poor relations between day and night staff, with both sides blaming each other for various issues

Cons

The section leaders can become power hungry, correct equipment often not bought. Shop storage downsizing an issue
