Pros

Fellow staff were easy to get along with. Being out on the open road, away from the warehouse.

Cons

They employed too many drivers and I ended up not having my own run a lot of the time and having to stay in the warehouse all day. Very bad training. No form of driving assessment. It took a month just to get mandated, meaning for the first month I did nothing but passenger other drivers. Very bad management, put you under a lot of pressure.

Pros

Great and friendly staff nice social aspect of working with other people. good pay, and benefits if you use them.

Cons

Management is sometimes lacking in many aspects, but that's down to the individual manager. sometimes asked to do to much and expected to be done.
