Pros

Flexible hours, opportunities, bonus scheme, clear policies and procedures. Twice a year double discount on certain items, sharesave scheme in place. Nice friendly place to work.

Cons

Team leaders are often so busy they are unable to consider the welfare of colleagues.

Pros

Good colleagues, meeting new people, nothing else worth saying.

Cons

Horrible experience, the management are incompetent, rude and arrogant, I have been unemployed for 3 years now and even if they offered me a full time job I would NEVER go back.

Pros

They value their colleagues and we are very well looked after and we act as a family and help each other to keep a good flow of production, 10% loyalty card, pension and healthcare as well when you become full time.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage which is low for all the hard work that's got to be done but the company needs to generate profit to keep it the best supermarket on the chain.
