Pros

The other people you work with.

Cons

Selfish company who expect you to be there for any shifts they want you to work. Awful pay and no benefits. Treated like a number instead of a human being. Use threats instead of positive reinforcements to get people to work faster. Why can't I give it less than 1 star?

Pros

Reduced goods (damaged/out of date) to suite your low budget, 10% off most goods, doesn't do zero hour contracts, it's not a sweatshop.

Cons

It's the employees "privilege" to buy out of date or damaged goods at a reduced price to cut company losses, low wages, monotonous work, employees are either over worked or hardly working, too many managers some of which are awful at there job, the CEO will get paid more for bathroom breaks at work then you will for a years work.
