Pros

Its very clean and fairly quiet. You get staff discount. The hours are flexible. I have some lovely colleagues. There are proper staff designated bike sheds. There is free tea/coffee/squash/toast/spreads & newspapers in the canteen.

Cons

The staff car park is mainly gravel with pot holes and you get your shoes muddy when it rains. There is no air con in the staff changeling rooms/toilets so it becomes a sweat box in the summer. The lockers are too small for work shoes + handbag, spare tops etc. I rarely finish on time as it is frowned upon if you leave before finishing your shop. We have no regular meetings/huddles where we can air our concerns. We only have meetings for training/information about change of policy etc.

Pros

Colleague discount, it's a job that pays the bills. It's close to home for travelling.

Cons

On minimum wage - Underpaid, a lot of stress. There's a serious lack of training and you do a lot more work than a section leader should do with no thanks.

Pros

Friendly staff and nothing else.

Cons

awful managers. Under staffed and over worked. Not enough hours and short contracts.
