Pros

Friendly staff and nothing else.

Cons

awful managers. Under staffed and over worked. Not enough hours and short contracts.

Pros

Great benefits like 10% off everything with discount card. Everybody is treated equally, no ethnic or disability discrimination. Everyone is given a chance, don't have to have lots of experience and everyone is paid equally regardless of age. Pay increases after 6 months to reflect experience. Flexible working hours, can easily book holiday but if not can shift swap or take unpaid leave. Can apply for career breaks of a year so you can live life. Everyday is different.

Cons

Have to work a weekend day, isn't a major problem though. Staffing can sometimes be short and can have very tough days. Expectations of managers can be too inflated.
