Good people, bad management skills.

Pros

Some of the best people I've met work here. Including managers, they all have a genuine intrest in the other employees well-being and opinions.

Cons

Asda is extremely target orientated, often being forced to work extra hours, or out with your department to meet those targets.

Pros

The pay is generous, management are supportive and other colleagues really help to build a team spirit. Flexible hours mean I can work around my degree and allow me to go home for Christmas.

Cons

Customers are regularly rude and aggressive and there's little I can do to defend myself. Some members of staff are noticeably not pulling their weight and receive no punishment when issues are raised.
