Pros

The staff are great people to work with, get on easily, easy to talk to managers and section leaders that'll listen to you rather than just hear you and then not take action on anything.

Cons

Can be very tedious when it comes to asking for overtime, for example if you were on 20 hours a week and could be doing up to 40, and you tell many managers of the situation and then they'll tell you they will find more hours for you (almost as a promise) soon and you'll be able to work more. But they never do, and your request kind of disappears.

Pros

Great place to work for likeminded staff who are always happy to lend a hand and help in everyway they can. Pay is reasonable and work is rather enjoyable.

Cons

Some of the section leaders like to skate by doing the bare minimum wont lend a hand and will leave most the pressure on your shoulders. But that is certainly not all of them just a couple. Although nothing seems to get done about these problems.

I love my hours, the people I work with and the company it's self.

Cons

However They have a lot of Asda stars, ladder climbs, yet working nights none of this seems to apply. It's us guys that do all the hard work and that's a fact. I come out of the place sweating. Then will shop the next day to see groups of 3/4 colleagues standing around chatting to then find out one of them receives an award the following month. This issue really needs to be addressed.
