Pros

10% discount, think thats about it.

Cons

rubbish contracts and hours, made to feel guilty for having a break, rubbish cheap food in canteen, worked into the ground then disaplined for being ill, no one cares or listens to actual workers, managers only interested in number one and feathering their own nests.

Pros

Great colleagues, section leaders and Managers - going to miss some of the Managers when they go! They bend over backwards to help each other - but I think thats the benefit of working in a tiny store everyone knows everyone.

Cons

Feel that the wages are not that great for what we have to put up with from the sometimes rude customers. Breaks differ from shop to shop as I've worked in a superstore and now a supermarket - work the same shift and get less breaks now than I did in the superstore!
