Cons

Friend circles with favouritism out of control at this store. Incompetent management who don't have a clue what they are doing. Store is like a soap opera Building is falling to bits No chance for promotion unless a yesman Not enough equipment to do your job Staff are stretched so thin Unrealistic expectations they want you doing 5 peoples job

Pros

Focus on autonomy and CPD. Fantastic with wellbeing and flexibility for work life balance. Job variety and lots of opportunities to stretch

Cons

Post pandemic return to office which can be challenging for those who don't live within commuting distance from the office. That said, there are still opportunities to blend approach between office, field and working from home
