Pros

Great people. Once you’ve got your foot in the door it can be a great place to build your career and connections.

Cons

Lack of flexibility/hybrid working. Hammering down on 3 days in the office and certain Mondays and Fridays. It’s lost its spark. Ridiculous performance reviews, lack of benefits and recognition. Its lost its way over the years.
