Pros

The pay and the benefits are great. I think the company generally acts with integrity. I think they have an honorable code of conduct.

Cons

The training could be better. The workload in my position is heavy and results in providing slow service to many of our customers.

Pros

Many opportunities for development laterally and vertically. Diverse teams. Great for accomplishing goals in Team enviroment. Entry level positions allow for good self sustainability Many opportunities for growth, development and performance improvement Great discounts on AT&T Products and services.

Cons

At the entry sales level, focus for performance metrics is sometimes confusing and almost overwhelming to some. Lot of scrutinty, monitoring and criticism at the Corporate Retail Store level.
