      Pros

      I have never felt more supported with any other employer I’ve worked with. AbbVie went above a beyond to train me and help me feel prepared. My manager is so kind and very attentive to my teams needs.

      Cons

      I really wish we had more PTO. 15 days for up to five years is not much. I really do wish you would consider adding another week or go to an unlimited plan. Perhaps even adding a sabbatical like some industry leading companies. I also wish for more tuition reimbursement. AbbVie really values education in their employees. I can tell that they want to hire the best in the industry. To increase this, please consider expanding the tuition reimbursement program to 10k for Masters and Doctoral degrees with no max.

      -medical benefits -vast therapeutic areas and product pipelines -market rate compensation -intelligent colleagues -meaningful science -Allergan acquisition

      Cons

      -high turnover and dissatisfied employees in Talent Acquisition, the TA group experiences a different culture than the rest of the organization seems to -outdated practices (ex:not aligning with competitors on post-pandemic remote flex)
