They offer plenty of training to those who need it, and fully support gaining extra awards, such as being Google qualified. A friendly environment, which is enforced by relaxed dress codes.

Having worked in corporate companies and other marketing firms I can say with experience that AddPeople is a top employer and a great place to work. There's a real focus on progression in your role and in the company and you get great support from the HR department and Training Manager - they're both excellent. In terms of the day to day working at Addpeople there's a real team vibe about the place and everyone (including the directors) are really friendly and approachable. As an employee you get all sorts of benefits like childcare vouchers and cycle to work schemes....also, it's rare you work in a place where each department has such a focus on the customer, but that's what I've observed here. If you've got an interview booked then go for it !!!
