Pros

Currently there are just over 100 people working across the different departments here at Add People and I can honestly say that they/we are all hard working, friendly and dedicated individuals who strive to deliver fantastic online marketing experiences for SMEs across a varying clientele.

Cons

There are some issues such as limited brew-making facilities, very few car parking spaces, to individual workloads which are being looked at by the company and hopefully these matters can be resolved to suit both employee needs and employer resources.

Thank you for your feedback, The size and structure of each account managers client base is something which is under review. We do have salary scales in place for all roles to ensure transparency and fairness across the board.

Pros

It's a good team environment, members of staff stick together and stand up for each other in their own departments. Quite a good social side to things.

Cons

Too many to list but most important ones are; pay is poor for the skilled and stressful roles. Holiday allowance is nothing short of a joke, 20 days a year but really it's 17! They won't even allow a kettle for making tea and coffee. Attitude to customer service could be better, rather than always looking for more money from a customer there should be more focus on customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We offer 20 days holidays plus bank holidays which increases with service, loyalty club members also enjoy their birthday off each year. We do have vending facilities on site, and our kitchen facilities are currently being reviewed. Our Team Rep Committee meet each month to ensure we listen and gain the feedback from all our staff.
