      Pros

      I've been working at Add People for a month now and I have only good things to say! The environment is friendly and relaxed; staff at all levels are very approachable and happy to help with any issues. I've already been given control of a project that will be used by the directors in making future business decisions so I already feel like I'm making a contribution. Professional development is also encouraged and provided, so all of these things make it a rewarding and exciting place to work and develop in your career!

      Cons

      There haven't been many opportunities for getting to know colleagues in other departments, but having only been here for a month it's far too early for this to be an issue.

      Pros

      Progression is good within the company, good loyalty schemes, decent pension plan and good people to work with.

      Cons

      None that I can think of really. There always seems to be someone there to help if there is an issue.

      Pros

      Weekly pay, 8.45 - 17.15 Mon-Fri. Do not appear to check qualifications or references. Easy to get to as near to centre of Altrincham.

      Cons

      Undervalued staff. If you sell you can do well if you don't sell and work hard you are ignored. Business owners are out of touch as never in the office. Directors do not communicate with staff. Feedback to management never anonymous - no trust in HR department.
